By using InstaFax, operated by Sequens Ltd, you agree to the terms below.
The service
InstaFax sends a fax you upload to a destination number for a one-time fee. No account or subscription is required.
Pricing
Sending a fax costs $2.99 for up to 10 pages, then $0.50 per additional page. You pay once per fax — there is no account or subscription. The exact total is calculated from the number of pages in your document and shown before you pay.
Fax number accuracy
Provider fax numbers in our directory are drawn from the public CMS NPPES registry and may be outdated or incorrect. We update our database on a regular basis, but cannot guarantee that a listed number is current. Always confirm the recipient before sending, especially for sensitive documents.
Delivery and refunds
We attempt to transmit your document to the number you provide. If transmission fails, your payment for that fax is refunded. We cannot guarantee that a fax reaches the intended recipient if the number you provide is wrong or has changed.
Acceptable use
You must have the right to send the document and may only send lawful content. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, and liability is limited to the fee you paid.
